Shipping policy

Anti-nano Devices are shipping 5-10 business days after payment processing is complete. Chembusters ship out 15-20 business days after payment processing is complete. All other digital downloads are delivered right after checkout after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of the association's control are possible.

*International buyers outside the United States of America are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their Country's customs policy.

Customers are responsible for communicating with shipping carriers directly to coordinate the re-delivery of their item, if and when it was not able to be delivered due to whatever the circumstance. 

Please allow 10 to 15 business days to ship out Chembusters. All are made to order and take longer to make than other products.
